DOA Policies

If by chance you received a DOA (dead fish on arrival) you must notify me within 2 hrs of shipment.  You will need to email photos of fish and I may ask you to pack fish in salt and return. Please do not dispose of any DOA until you have reported it to us.

Fish will be replaced or a credit issued (excluding any shipping charges).

We cannot held responsibility to losses due to inappropriate handling by the customer , poor tank conditions and inappropriate water parameters.
